The Lodge is conveniently located near Denali National Park, restaurants, and a grocery store. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. All rooms have a Mountain view, Color TV, Private Bath, two double beds, and all are non-smoking. The lodge has a personal atmosphere, offering 15 modern rooms in a wilderness setting. Wildflower gardens, hanging baskets, flower boxes, and wildlife photos accent the natural beauty surrounding the lodge.
The lodge is 11 miles north of the Denali Park entrance, at Mile 248 on the Parks Highway.
The Parks Highway is the main road connecting Anchorage, Denali Park, and Fairbanks. Our driveway is right off this Highway at Milepost 248, and is marked by our large wooden sign.
We are a 5 hour drive north from Anchorage, and 2 hours south of Fairbanks.
We are in the small town of Healy, population about 900. Healy has three restaurants, three convenience stores, two gas stations, a Laundromat and a medical clinic, all within 2 miles of White moose Lodge.
